Splatter Paint Nails!

I've been a blogging slacker lately and I've been meaning to make this post for like a month. Oops. Anyway, here we go! 

I saw this on Pinterest and I thought, "OMG, I HAVE TO TRY THIS." 

The photo shows two different colors that are splattered and I decided I would just do one. It was so freaking easy and I thought mine came out pretty awesome. They also stayed painted for what seemed like forever. 

The photo I used had a great, easy, step by step tutorial that I followed to a T and I loved the end result. It was a little time consuming, but hey, I had nothing but time. :)

Here's the original tutorial and photo. I skipped on the tape part though and they were pretty messy at the end, but I just spent extra time cleaning them up with nail polish remover.

 Here's what I used. The first one is the base coat, then the white, red and the top coat.

 The straws. They were like $0.89 at Wal-Mart. :)
